A co-pay is the percentage of your claim for which you are responsible for before any applicable deductible is applied. PetbleCare covers up to 70% of eligible vet bills arising from illness or accidents.
In general, a pre-existing condition is a medical condition (signs or symptoms) which first occurred before the effective date of your policy or which (signs or symptoms of the condition) occurred during the policy waiting period.
Means the applicable period stated under each Cover starting on the policy commencement date of the period of insurance during which a condition that occurs or shows symptoms or signs will be excluded from coverage. There is a 1-month waiting period for accidental injury, and a 3-Month waiting period for illnesses.
Day to day care—vitamins, supplements, vaccinations, training, grooming, etc., are not covered.
