For the first time to file a claim, please provide:
  1. Documentary proof of ownership of the insured pet.
  2. Vaccinations record.
  3. Other supporting documents.

Submit The Documents

To speed up the claims procedure, you may send the documents to us through Email, Facebook or WhatsApp (852) 5299 0109 to our customer service consultant.

Send all the hard copies with the medical record form filled by the vets and mail to 13/F., Berkshire House, 25 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Attn: "PetbleCare Claims", within 30 days of the vet visit.

The claims will be paid by cheque and be sent to your correspondence address.
    Remarks:
  1. Please remember to ask your vet to complete the medical record form.
  2. Our Customer service agent will contact you when necessary, you may also call our hotline to check the progress of the claim.
